Due to the personal and hygienic nature of watch straps — which come into direct contact with skin — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and compatibility before completing their purchase. If you have any questions before you buy, we're happy to help.

Before you order, please check:

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@buystrap.watch with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.
